Whether you're new to yoga or have never tried movement-based practices before, everything is guided in a way that feels natural, fun, and accessible. The focus is on exploration, not perfection—so you can move, breathe, and connect at your own pace.

Where are the yoga and creative movement sessions held?I offer a variety of yoga and movement sessions in Santa Teresa and nearby areas (Montezuma, Mal Pais, Manzanillo, and beyond), including private sessions at your home, vacation rental, or resort. Sessions take place in beautiful natural settings designed to enhance relaxation, creativity, and connection with nature: Fun Kids Yoga – Playful sessions designed for children. At-Home Private Yoga – Personalized sessions in the comfort of your space. Nature Sanctuary Sessions (Santiago) – Every Tuesday & Thursday in a peaceful, natural setting. Workshops by the Ocean (Manzanillo) – Every Friday or upon request, right by the sea. All sessions are located in the southern region of the Nicoya Peninsula, Costa Rica. I’m happy to help you find the perfect session! Feel free to reach out to confirm availability and explore the best option for you.

How can I book a private or group yoga session?Booking is simple! Just send me a message via WhatsApp or fill out the contact form above—I’ll reply within 24 hours to confirm your session.

What should I wear for yoga, movement, and nature-based sessions?Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and free to move—there’s no need for special yoga clothing. Light, breathable fabrics are best, as Costa Rica’s warm tropical climate means sessions can get quite hot. Most people practice barefoot, but bring sandals for before and after the session. A hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle are great additions for staying cool and comfortable in the sun. Just something you feel good in!

What should I bring for an outdoor yoga session in Costa Rica?For outdoor or private yoga sessions in Costa Rica, all you need is a water bottle, a towel, sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen), and mosquito repellent for added comfort. No need to bring a yoga mat or props—I provide everything you need, including mats, bolsters, straps, and blocks, whether on the beach or at your home. Just arrive, move freely, and enjoy the experience—I take care of the rest!
